The Honor Magic Vs was introduced to the Chinese market in November 2022 and began its global rollout in February 2023 at MWC in Barcelona. Today, Honor announced that the foldable will finally be available in the United Kingdom for £1,399.
The foldable will go on sale on the company’s website on May 19 in Cyan and Black. A week later, it will be available on Amazon, Argos, and Very, but only in the latter color option. According to the official press release, Three will also offer the Magic Vs beginning in early June with six months of complimentary airtime on unlimited data plans.
One of the first foldables to leave China, this device seeks to challenge Samsung’s dominance in the market. When we reviewed the Magic Vs in March, we found its battery life and charging capabilities to be quite remarkable, and the chipset to be more than powerful enough.
However, Honor is still struggling to develop software that takes full advantage of the large external display.
Despite this, the device remains one of the market’s lightest foldables. It may be worth its price, which could be reduced to £1,199 if you subscribe to a newsletter and make your purchase by May 26.
